We strive to provide accurate details about our products, including cut, weight, and other specifications. Due to the natural variation in agricultural goods, actual product appearance and weight may vary slightly.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time your order is placed.
Availability
Product availability may be affected by seasonal, health, or processing variables. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative, a credit, or a full refund.

An email confirmation will be sent once your order is received and payment is processed. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched or made available for collection.

We accept credit card and direct debit payments. Full payment is required before dispatch or collection.

Collection and Delivery
Collection (if applicable)
- Orders marked for collection must be picked up from the designated butcher within business hours.
- You must present valid ID and your order confirmation upon collection.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is your responsibility to collect your order within the specified timeframe. We are not liable for spoilage or deterioration resulting from delayed collection.
Delivery
- We currently do not offer a delivery service.
- Customers are responsible for arranging their own collection as per the guidelines above.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Perishable Nature
Due to the perishable nature of our beef products, returns or refunds are not available unless the product is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Faulty or Incorrect Products
- Notify us within 24 hours of collection.
- Provide photographic evidence of the issue.
- We may require the product to be returned for assessment.
- If valid, we will offer a replacement, credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the scheduled collection date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period may result in a cancellation fee or no refund if the product has already been processed.
Food Safety and Storage
Your Responsibility
Once collected, you are responsible for proper storage. Refrigerate at 0–5°C or freeze below –18°C. Use the product by the indicated use-by date.
Safe Handling
We package products to retain optimal temperature during transit. Prompt refrigeration or freezing is essential.
Allergens
While we mainly handle beef, please contact us with any specific allergen concerns before ordering.

Where consumer guarantees under the ACL apply, our liability is limited to:
